Returning goods

Products purchased from the www.glamuur.ee online store are subject to a 14-day right of return in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Return conditions

Returned products must be:

• unused

• undamaged

• with the original tag attached (the tag must remain attached to the product)

• in the original packaging

The cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.

Refund and store credit

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, www.glamuur.ee will refund the paid amount to the customer within 14 days, or, upon the customer’s request, issue store credit that can be used in the www.glamuur.ee online store.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return procedure

To arrange a return, please send an email to epood@glamuur.ee, indicating:

• your name

• order number

• products you wish to return

Please also include your name and order number on the return package.
