Returning goods

Goods purchased from the www.glamuur.ee online store  return procedure reflected in the laws of the Republic of Estonia. 

1. You have the right to exchange or return the ordered product within 14 days from the moment you receive it.
2. The goods to be returned must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging.
3. The cost of shipping and returning the goods is paid by the customer.
4. www.glamuur.ee refunds cost of the goods, except transport costs, after the products are arrived back to us.
5. The request to return the product must be sent to email epood@glamuur.ee, indicating the products you want to return. Please add your name and order number to the package. The products have to be returned to the address
