GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Terms of sale apply to e-shop customers (hereinafter the Customer) and Glanz & Glamuur OÜ(hereinafter G&G e-shop), Roosikrantsi 19, Tallinn 10119, ESTONIA, Reg. No. 11119247, VAT No. EE100964224, Danske Pank account no. 332101440004 regarding the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods.

  • By placing an order and making a payment in the G&G e-store, the Customer confirms that he has familiarized himself with the terms and conditions of sale and agrees with them.
  • When registering as a user of the G&G e-store and/or purchasing products, the terms of this agreement and the rights and obligations arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia apply.
  • G&G e-shop reserves the right to unilaterally change these conditions and product prices for efficiency, competitiveness, future development, and the addition or reorganization of the product assortment. Changes and additions to the conditions and product prices take effect from the moment the mentioned information appears on the website www.glamuur.ee. If the Customer submitted his order before the changes to the conditions came into force. The conditions valid at the time the order was submitted apply to the Customer unless the law or these conditions provide otherwise.

 

ENACTMENT OF SALES CONTRACT

  • G&G e-shop sells and the Customer buys the products offered in the e-shop.
  • The sales contract between the G&G e-shop and the Customer comes into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid according to the order confirmation to Glanz & Glamuur OÜ’s current account.
  • By placing an order and making a payment in the G&G e-store, the Customer confirms that he has familiarized himself with the terms and conditions of sale and agrees with them.

 

PRICES

  • All prices in the G&G e-shop are in euros and include VAT of 20%.
  • G&G e-shop reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer submitted his order before the price changes took effect, the price that was reflected on the invoice at the time of placing the order applies to him. The customer has no right to demand compensation for the price difference.

 

ORDERING

  • It is possible to buy only those goods with the “Add to cart” link in the G&G e-store.
  • You can change the shopping basket contents if you wish, as long as the order has not been confirmed. When the order is confirmed, the contents of the shopping cart are emptied. If the order and contact details are filled in correctly, payment can begin.
  • To confirm the order, the Customer pays 100% of the order amount.

 

PAYMENT

  • Credit cards – Visa and Mastercard.
  • Bank links – Swedbank, SEB Bank and LHV Bank.
  • PayPal – online payment platform.
  • After paying for the goods, exit the e-banking page by pressing the “Back to merchant” button. Next, you will see the order confirmation on the screen, and the notification will also be sent to the e-mail address.

 

TRANSPORTATION

  • After confirming the order (payment of the customer’s invoice), purchases made on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00 are reviewed, and purchases made on weekends and public holidays are reviewed on a working day following the weekend or holiday.
  • Orders are delivered to delivery partners within 2-14 days.
  • Avoiding delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of goods depends on the accuracy and correctness of the data provided in the order. G&G e-shop is not responsible for product delivery delays and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy of the data provided by the Customer when placing the order.
  • The customer can choose Itella Smartpost, Omniva, or DPD Courier as the delivery method within the Republic of Estonia, and through the DPD Courier, we also send packages all over Europe. You can find a selection of destination countries here.
  • Instead of Smartpost, Omniva, or DPD, the Customer can order the goods to the parcel machine. When completing the order, you must select the most suitable parcel machine from the list to pick up the goods. When the package arrives at the parcel machine, a message and a personal door code are sent to the Customer’s mobile phone. The customer has to enter the door code into the parcel machine, after which the door of the parcel machine opens and he receives the goods. The shipment is kept in the parcel machine for 7 days from the moment the package is inserted. If the Customer has not picked up the package within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender. If the package has been returned to the sender, the Customer must pay the postage again to receive the package.
  • Parcel delivery prices within the Republic of Estonia:

o Itella Smartpost €2.40

o Omniva               €2.64

o DPD Courier       €5.99

 

RETURN

  • According to the Law of Obligations Act paragraph 56, subsection 1, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods and to get the money back within 30 days (except for the transport cost of returning the goods). The refund period starts from the moment you have returned the unsuitable item to the seller, who has received it and checked it.
  • The goods to be returned must be in their original packaging and unused, with a cover, and label. Only if the package cannot be opened without breaking/damaging it, the Customer is not responsible for the damaged package.
  • The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer unless the reason for the return is non-conformity with what was ordered or scrap goods.
  • To return the goods, a free form return application must be submitted to the e-mail address epood@glamuur.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods. The return application must contain the Customer’s name, product name, invoice or order number, the reason for the return, and the bank account to which the money to be returned should be transferred.
  • Possibilities of returning goods:

o Glanz & Glamuur OÜ, Roosikrantsi 19, Tallinn 10119, ESTONIA;

o parcel machine Itella Smartpost in the Finest commercial building (Pärnu mnt. 22A, Tallinn 10141, ESTONIA) in the name of Glanz & Glamuur OÜ (+372 56 500 785);

o parcel machine Omniva on the Finest post office (Pärnu mnt. 22, Tallinn 10195, ESTONIA) in the name of Glanz & Glamuur OÜ (+372 56 500 785).

 

WARRANTY AND CLAIMS PROCEDURE

  • The customer has the right to file a complaint and return the goods in the case of goods that do not comply with the terms of the contract, do not correspond to the offered sample, or have defects. The deadline for submitting claims is 2 years.
  • To solve later problems more easily, the Customer should keep purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) that prove that the goods were purchased from the G&G e-store. Without a document proving the sale, the seller may leave the problem unsolved.
  • Jewelry stones and damage caused by improper handling of jewelry or normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
  • G&G e-shop is not responsible for:

o if the failure of the product has been caused by incorrect, careless, or unintended use, sloppy care, or natural physical wear and tear (more information on the use and care of jewelry here);

o the product has already been opened or repaired not by our company;

o in case of mechanical damage;

o the failure was caused by overvoltage, water or fire, or other circumstances beyond the manufacturer’s control;

o the product does not have a purchase receipt or invoice.

  • Complaints related to goods purchased from the G&G e-store must be forwarded to the e-mail address epood@glamuur.ee and the following information must be provided: name, contact details, and product defect.

 

LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

  • G&G e-shop is responsible to the Customer, and the Customer is responsible to G&G e-shop to the other party for the damage caused by violation of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
  • G&G e-shop is not responsible for damages caused to the Customer or for the delay in product delivery if the damage or delay in product delivery is due to a circumstance that G&G e-shop could not influence or foresee.

 

OTHER CONDITIONS

  • Disagreements and disputes arising from the fulfillment of these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the parties primarily through negotiations. If the disputes arising from the Agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the Customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board or the Court for the protection of his rights. G&G e-shop has the right to apply to the Court for the protection of its rights.
