Glanz & Glamuur e-shop general terms and conditions

 

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods by the customers of the www.glamuur.ee online store (hereinafter the Customer) from Glanz&Glamuur OÜ .
When registering as a user of glamuur.ee and / or purchasing products from glamuur.ee, the terms and conditions of this contract and the rights and obligations arising from the laws of the Republic of Estonia apply.
glamuur.ee reserves the right to make changes in the terms and conditions of sale and the selling prices. The said changes will be reflected on the glamuur.ee website.

 

By using the www.glamuur.ee website, cutomer gives their personal data www.glamuur.ee has right to send them offers by email or sms. Customer has right to inform us by email epood@glamuur.ee if they do not want any offers from Glanz&Glamuur.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Our top priority is to satisfy all our customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to two weeks after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards).

Please note that delivered items may only be used for checking, as you would try them on in a shop. If you make use of your right to cancel the purchase agreement, Glanz&Glamuur will refund the paid amount for the items, provided that the items are returned in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition together with the original packaging and original product lable.

When returning the goods, the transport cost must be paid by the sender of the parcel.

When exchanging the product (wrong size, color), the shipping cost must be paid by the sender of the package.

After receiving the returned item(s), we will refund the total amount of your order (shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded). If you received the item(s) as a gift, the sender will be refunded automatically. If you paid by invoice, please provide us with your bank details.

If  you receive a broken package, do not accept the package! Please write an email that the package was broken and you did not accept it. We will contact the courier company to resolve the issue.

  • contact information such as a telephone number and an e-mail address;
  • payer’s address and delivery address;
  • bank account number;
  • costs of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history);

CLAIMS PROCEDURE

Pursuant to the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer is entitled to make claims against the seller in case any lack of conformity of a product becomes apparent within two years as of the date of delivery of the product. It is presumed that any defect that becomes apparent within the first six months existed at the moment of the sale and, therefore, the nature of the defect is to be identified by the seller.
If a product defect occurs, the Customer must inform Glanz&Glamuur thereof by sending them an e-mail to epood@glamuur.ee and include the following: their name, contact information, and a description of the product defect. The statement must be sent no later than two months after discovering the defect.
www.glamuur.ee is not responsible for:
Damages caused to the product by the fault or negligence of the Customer;
Defects caused by the misuse of the product by the Customer;
Natural wear and tear of the product.
